Note: My husband used to have little "crocodile" hands as he washes his hands so often and did not take care of them much. He started using this scrub and within a week, his hand now are so soft as a babies behind, lol. He loves it and I love it more because his hands are now so soft. How to use it:
Apply a generous amount of this body scrub all over your body or wherever you need softer skin. Use circular motions to massage it onto the skin, then allow them to sink into your skin for 2 - 3 full minutes. This allows you to reap more benefits of the body scrub. Keep away from the eyes.

How to use body scrub in the shower?
Make sure the water temperature is warm so that your skin is softened and ready to be exfoliated. The warm water opens your pores and allows them to release excess dirt and dead skin cells that have built up. Avoid using hot temperatures which can be too harsh on your skin when adding in a body scrub.
Do you use body scrub before or after soap?
Soap, shower gel, or body wash should be used before applying the body scrub. This way your skin is clean and primed up for the body scrub to do its magic.
As with most bath products, use caution in the shower/bath during and after using a body scrub as it could make the shower or tub surface slippery.
